The world of fine tea promises a taste bud adventure with an abundant choice of tea varieties all with their own distinctive character and health-giving benefits. All tea comes from the leaves of the camellia sinensis. The word 'sinensis', in Latin literally means 'of China'.
While all tea comes from this plant, principally there are five tea categories, Black, Green, White, Oolong and Pu-Erh, all of which are created through the process of rolling, maturing and drying the leaves.
